Work/ life balance

We work hard and play harder – sounds cliché, but it’s the motto we live by. To keep our employees inspired, creative and energetic, we give them an extra couple of days off (on top of their regular vacation days). After they’ve spent time with their loved ones and are fully recharged, they’re even more efficient in working on our plan for world domination.
