- General Office Management.
- Supporting the Sales Director, Digital Sales Director and Sales team, working closely with clients and media agencies.
- Scheduling and preparation of meetings with clients and agencies as well as internally with colleagues.
- 80-90% activities internally within RTL, 10-20% activities externally with clients, distributeurs etc.
- Trade fair preparation and follow-up, client events, sales meetings.
- Preparation of meetings with clients and agencies as well as internal sales.
- Preparation of presentations and proposals in coordination with the Sales team.
- Client service and support (5%-10%)
- Occassional travel abroad 5 times a year.
- Organization and completion of sales support activities (mailings, SAP, Salesforce)).
- Care of the CRM (input, update of the database, reports).
- Completed commercial training with 2 years professional experience or degree with a focus on sales / marketing, media, advertising.
- First experience in Media (agency or sales house) desirable and/or experience in the sales assistance, organization, marketing in an international company.
- Interest in TV and advertising, affinity for new media.
- Fluent in Dutch and in English (mandatory), additional languages a plus.

- Can work indepently but is also a teamplayer
- Independent and goal-oriented approach.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, not a requirement
