RTLAdConnect is the international total video sales house of RTL Group. They provide simplified access to all of RTL Group’s total video portfolio as well as from external mandates like ITV in the UK or RAI in Italy across a sum of 12 markets, over 100 TV channels and 300 online platforms. Their job is to deliver exclusive advertising solutions in safe premium digital and broadcast media environments to millions of potential customers across Europe – every day.

RTLAdConnect recently created the new job of International Office Manager/Sales Assistent (32 hrs p/w)!

Your challenge:
  • General Office Management.
  • Supporting the Sales Director, Digital Sales Director and Sales team, working closely with clients and media agencies.
  • Scheduling and preparation of meetings with clients and agencies as well as internally with colleagues.
  • 80-90% activities internally within RTL, 10-20% activities externally with clients, distributeurs etc.
  • Trade fair preparation and follow-up, client events, sales meetings. 
  • Preparation of meetings with clients and agencies as well as internal sales. 
  • Preparation of presentations and proposals in coordination with the Sales team. 
  • Client service and support (5%-10%)
  • Occassional travel abroad 5 times a year.  
  • Organization and completion of sales support activities (mailings, SAP, Salesforce)). 
  • Care of the CRM (input, update of the database, reports). 
 
Your profile:
  • Completed commercial training with 2 years professional experience or degree with a focus on sales / marketing, media, advertising.
  • First experience in Media (agency or sales house) desirable and/or experience in the sales assistance, organization, marketing in an international company. 
  • Interest in TV and advertising, affinity for new media. 
  • Fluent in Dutch and in English (mandatory), additional languages a plus. 
  • Open minded,
  • Can work indepently but is also a teamplayer
  • Independent and goal-oriented approach.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint. 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, not a requirement
  • Team spirit and distinctive personality
  • Flexible
  • Eager to learn everything about international TV and media industry
  • Good sense of humor
