What we are looking for
An experienced marketing professional to join the marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing release and brand strategies for both national and international projects. You will translate artists' visions—storytelling through music—into strategic and innovative marketing plans. This involves leveraging data and market trends and collaborating closely with in-house teams, artists and their managers. You will also oversee budgets, monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to keep projects on track.
In this role, you will
- Manage and market assigned national and international artist projects
- Develop well-considered marketing and release plans for artists, focusing on aligning with their branding and goals, using audience and artist-centric data
- Create and implement unique and impactful marketing ideas, collaborating with all internal departments (social media, PR, A&R, streaming and brand partnerships) to ensure a consistent flow of content for each artist and release
- Craft a creative vision and narrative for projects, translating these into specific campaign activations
- Keep track of deadlines, data insights, KPIs, budgets and campaign goals
- Produce weekly marketing and release reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Work closely with artists and their representatives, keeping them informed of all relevant updates
- Oversee the creation and distribution of creative assets and marketing tools
- Continuously grow your network within the music industry.
Who are you
- You are passionate about dance and electronic music
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree (or equivalent) and have 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience in the music industry
- You are a creative, multi-faceted thinker, an excellent communicator and a team player
- You have a strong understanding of data-driven marketing, digital trends, social media platforms and the DSP landscape
- You are skilled at translating strategy into actionable steps, maintaining composure when managing budgets and timelines
- You are an inspiring communicator who can enthuse and motivate others
- You excel at prioritizing tasks and focusing on results
- You thrive under pressure and adapt well to a fast-paced industry.
